WELCOME! Registration is now open with early bird registration fees in effect until September 15. After this date, a $100 fee increase will be applied to all registrations. Registrations received after September 15 are subject to board approval and team capacity, so please ensure you are registered before that date! 

 

If a player is trying out for an AA or AAA team, they should also register with Maple Creek Minor sports in the event that they don't make the team as they will be considered a late registration after September 15.

Payments can be made via credit card on Spordle or by etransfer to:  mcmsbilling@gmail.com and MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPT 15th or the late fee applies, regardless of the date you complete the online registration.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

KidSport is a financial assistance program to help low-income households cover registration costs. KidSport Applications need to be submitted to KidSport before the sport starts. In the event of refunds, Maple Creek Minor Sports will issue those directly back. To apply to KidSport click here.

REFUND POLICY

If a participant chooses to withdraw from hockey, refunds will be issued until November 1st. $100 will be retained by Maple Creek Minor Sports to cover the cost of Hockey Canada Insurance premiums.  Any withdrawal after November 1st, the amount refunded will be at the Boards discretion.  In order to qualify for a refund, the refund must be requested by email or phone to the registrar.
